HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Delivery costs: $9.99 flat rate for Melbourne Metro Area and $20 flat rate for all other areas

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately at the moment we only ship domestically within Australia via AusPost.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours and dispatched immediately. You’ll be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order is processed and your shipment handed over to AusPost. Depending on location you should receive your order within 2-3 business days from handover to AusPost.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Once your order has been processed by Aus post you should receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 12 hours for your tracking number to become live. If you are having issues tracking your order, please get in touch via email with admin@pureworx.com.au.
